How to Choose Dishes for Your RV
When choosing the dishes for RV use, the most important things to consider are:
Durability: RV dishes should be able to withstand bumpy roads, and repeatedly packed away or sometimes stored in unusual climates. (ex. if your RV is kept in non-climate-controlled storage when not in use)
Care: Unless your RV is equipped with a dishwasher, you will likely be handwashing all dishes. There also may be times when you do not have access to water or sewer for thorough dishwashing
Use: Depending on what RV life looks like for you, from roughing it to resorts - consider how you will be using your dishes. Should they be microwave safe?
Sustainability: Paper plates and plastic cups may be useful without access to water hookups, but they aren’t the most sustainable option for long-term use
